Job Summary

You need your own truck trailer/legal setup and all of that stuff (I can work with you to get it done). We are seeking reliable and physically capable Junk Removal Subcontractors to join our team. This role involves providing efficient and professional removal services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, driving, and heavy lifting, with the ability to handle various types of loads safely and efficiently. As a subcontractor, you will operate specialized equipment and vehicles to ensure timely and safe removal of junk and debris, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, and transport junk and debris from client locations using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques Operate box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission for route driving and deliveries Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction Follow safety protocols during all aspects of junk removal, including heavy lifting and maneuvering in tight spaces Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after jobs Manage route driving efficiently to meet scheduled appointments and optimize daily routes Assist with warehouse organization when necessary, including loading and unloading supplies or equipment Comply with all local traffic laws and company policies while operating vehicles

Qualifications

Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is preferred Valid driver's license or equivalent with a clean driving record Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely for extended periods Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Knowledge of route driving and delivery logistics Ability to work independently as a subcontractor while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency Prior experience with commercial driving or junk removal services is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
