Position: Junior Planner / Wedding Planning Intern

We're currently seeking a

Wedding Planning Intern

to assist our team with event execution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with luxury weddings and work closely with the founders of the company. You'll help bring each event to life, supporting our clients and team with precision, professionalism, and warmth.

This role requires fluency in Cantonese.

We are currently prioritizing applicants who speak Cantonese, as we are serving a growing number of Cantonese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead and senior planners with wedding setup and breakdown Organize and track couples' personal items and decor Follow detailed timelines and ensure the day runs smoothly Participate in social media content creation Capture high-quality photos and behind-the-scenes content at weddings Support founders and lead planners in all day-of execution needs

Requirements:

Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in hospitality, business, communications, or related field

Fluency in Cantonese is required

(additional Chinese dialects like Taishanese are a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous event or wedding experience is a plus Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude Cultural competency: Experience with or interest in planning multicultural weddings (e.g., Chinese, Indian, Korean, Jewish, Nigerian, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time, Internship Schedule: Flexible (Weekdays and Weekends as needed) Location: Remote (with in-person support on event days) Compensation: College credit + stipend per wedding
