Prospecting/sourcing for potential clients for our web development, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social marketing, OTT advertising or any other of the great services Intellectual Ninjas offers Provide information about the products and services we offer Document and update prospect logs based on interactions/stages Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

Some experience in inside/outside sales, retail sales, cold-calling Positive and professional demeanor Ability to build positive rapport with potential clients Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this is important)

Position Quick Summary


The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for sourcing outside sales opportunities with new potential clients, setting up secondary meetings between the prospects and our Digital team, and explaining the value and benefits of working with our unique agency.



This position is for someone that is self-motivated, looking to accomplish their own financial goals and able to manage their own working schedule.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively prospect, call/visit potential clients Keep a detailed log of prospects, including touch points, contacts and a needs analysis Gather the information necessary to qualify the consumer for the appropriate product(s) that we offer Schedule phone or onsite follow-up meetings with business decision makers Conduct overview of prospects current website and/or current marketing efforts to identify errors, content holes or other potential missed opportunities Maintain professional level of follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent Ability and desire to handle extensive amounts of phone calls utilizing a script outline to obtain desired outcomes Demonstrate professionalism in manner, dress and conduct Excellent telephone communication skills -- speaking and listening Self-motivation is

KEY

Basic computer skills, including how to properly use

Google Search

a mobile phone A laptop or iPad to use for meetings

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Some sales experience (outside/inside sales, telesales, retail or customer sales)
