We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic remodeling and restoration team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. Duties

Assist senior engineers in overseeing daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Support the preparation and review of construction estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and other estimating software. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. Monitor project progress, track costs, and help implement cost control measures to stay within budget. Participate in site inspections, safety audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of safety and workmanship. Assist in reviewing contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Use Bluebeam or similar digital tools for document management, drawing reviews, and reporting.

Skills

Basic understanding of construction estimating principles and experience with tools like HeavyBid or equivalent software. Familiarity with Bluebeam for document markup, editing, and collaboration Strong negotiation skills to coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of construction site operations including safety protocols and site management practices. Experience or exposure to construction management processes such as scheduling, cost control, and project tracking. Ability to interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork across diverse project teams.
