Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers promptly and courteously, ensuring every guest receives 100% attention and respect. Communicate with customers to keep them informed on the status of their vehicles. Secure customer approval for repairs, review cost estimates, and provide completion timeframes. Collect and verify customer and vehicle information; confirm method of payment. Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations. Ensure all repair orders are accurately documented and processed. Schedule service appointments and handle inbound service calls professionally. Assist team members and support day-to-day service operations. Help keep facility clean and organized. Build genuine, lasting relationships with guests through exceptional service. Follow all dealership and factory safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

guest service or customer-facing roles

--automotive experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional grammar. Valid driver's license with no restrictions. Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, team-oriented

environment. Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Receptive to feedback, coaching, and ongoing development. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

Frequently sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing. Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Dependable attendance for

all-scheduled shifts.
