Junior Sales & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:



Provide outstanding customer support for Frontier services, including handling billing inquiries, scheduling service calls, and troubleshooting basic issues. Actively listen to customer needs during service interactions and seamlessly transition to presenting relevant Frontier products or service upgrades. Engage customers in person or via telephone to ensure account accuracy and promote existing or new services. Successfully meet dual metrics related to both customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and new sales/upgrade conversions. Accurately record and process new account applications and service modification forms. Participate in ongoing product training to become a subject matter expert on all Frontier offerings. Collaborate with other Junior Sales & Customer Service Representatives on lead generation and Frontier campaign execution. Ensure all sales and service transactions adhere to compliance standards and company policies.

Junior Sales & Customer Service Representative Qualifications:



No prior professional experience required, but a strong background in sales, Frontier technologies, or customer service preferred. Exceptional capacity for active listening and empathetic communication. A proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn quickly. Basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, sales principles and techniques. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Ability to work both independently on tasks and collaboratively within a team. A high school diploma is required; current enrollment or completion of some college coursework is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
