We are seeking a motivated and fast-paced

Junior Sales Associate

with a background in the

construction industry

to support our commercial flooring sales team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into estimating, sales, and project management while gaining hands-on experience with bids, takeoffs, and job site activities.

The ideal candidate is quick, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and detailed project estimates Support senior sales agents with daily tasks, client communication, and follow-ups Learn and perform basic

construction takeoffs

and blueprint review Organize project documents, specs, drawings, and leveling sheets Participate in

job site visits

to collect measurements, verify conditions, and support project planning Track project deadlines and ensure timely submissions of bids Maintain accurate updates in our

CRM system

Handle data entry, file management, and other computer-based tasks quickly and accurately

Requirements:

Must have experience in the construction world

(field, office, warehouse, labor, estimating, flooring, carpentry, GC, etc.) Ability to work

fast, accurately, and efficiently

in a high-volume environment Strong computer skills; must be

very quick and agile

with software and digital tools Experience using

CRM systems

(any platform is acceptable) Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities Willingness to learn estimating and grow within the company Reliable transportation and your

own equipment

to perform job duties (car, phone, etc.) Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Growth Opportunities:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,784.17 - $58,750.83 per year
