We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Coordinator to help lead our Charlotte based sales and marketing teams! The primary responsibility of this position is to implement fresh, cutting-edge strategies to ensure brand loyalty and exceed sales targets. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and account management.

Basic Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Manage a team, providing leadership and guidance to maximize sales performance. Collaborate with management to support product launches and promotions. Schedule meetings with customers to conduct product demonstrations and secure new accounts on behalf of the client. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive revenue. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
