Job Description

Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with at least 2 years of construction management experience to support planning and execution of residential and commercial construction projects -- ranging from small-scale bathroom remodels to large 50,000 SQFT building renovations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is tech-savvy, and has a strong desire to grow in project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing multiple construction projects from planning to closeout Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to ensure on-time delivery Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, and workflows using ClickUp Track budgets, material orders, and change orders with oversight from senior PMs Participate in job site visits, progress meetings, and walkthroughs Support procurement, permitting, and inspection documentation as needed Prepare status reports and communicate project milestones to internal and external stakeholders Ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance across all job sites
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or management Proven exposure to a range of scopes -- from bathroom remodels to large commercial buildings Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using ClickUp or similar project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Monday.com) Ability to read construction documents, drawings, and basic architectural plans Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of project components
Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Familiarity with estimating tools and basic cost tracking
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
