As a Junior Process & Manufacturing Engineer, you'll report to the Engineering Manager and be a hands-on partner to production, quality, and maintenance from your first week.
A day in the life

  • Walk the line with production teams to troubleshoot equipment and resolve process hiccups before they slow output.
  • Spot opportunities to reduce waste and cycle time, then pilot practical fixes that lift throughput and quality.
  • Collaborate across functions--Quality, Maintenance, and Production--to turn continuous improvement ideas into reality.
  • Update or create tooling and fixtures; refine floor layouts to improve flow and ergonomics.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods to sustain measurable improvements.
Your impact
You'll be central to improving production processes and ensuring efficient, high-quality output. This role is a strong fit for a recent graduate or an early-career engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience who wants to grow quickly in a collaborative setting.
What you'll bring
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing fundamentals and mechanical processes.
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset and comfort getting hands-on at the line.
  • Willingness to work onsite and partner directly with operators and technicians.
How you'll grow
With direct mentorship from the Engineering Manager and exposure to cross-functional teams, you'll develop your capabilities in process improvement, tooling and layout design, and structured problem solving.
