Job Description


We are Chattanooga\'s leading nonprofit fundraising firm. To join our nonprofit marketing team, we are currently looking for a motivated individual who enjoys giving back to the community.

The Junior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with members of our fundraising team to plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives throughout the community. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will receive hands-on training to learn the ins and outs of event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at events with the help of promotional marketing personnel. Increase client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales activities at events
  • After completing rigorous leadership training, you will be able to manage your own events and projects for new clients.
  • Consult with clients on compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation and excellent organizational/time management skills. This is a fast-paced environment where you will work both as part of a team and independently. The ability to pay close attention to detail as well as meet deadlines is essential. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is preferred.
