Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. This entry-level role blends hands-on marketing, customer interaction, and sales support in a fun, team-driven environment. You'll help bring brand campaigns to life while learning valuable skills through full training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing in-store marketing campaigns Participate in customer-facing activities, including product demos and brand showcases Support basic sales functions such as answering product questions and guiding customers through promotions Help coordinate campaign logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Provide feedback, ideas, and insights to help improve marketing and outreach strategies Create positive, engaging customer experiences that represent partner brands effectively

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive team culture Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn Interest in marketing, branding, promotions, or customer engagement No prior experience required -- training is provided
