Position Overview:

This is an

entry-level, face-to-face marketing

role. As a

Junior Marketing

Associate

, you will engage with customers in a retail setting, represent our partner brands, and help customers find the products and services that best meet their needs. This position offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service while working alongside a supportive, goal-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer questions. Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales approaches. Learn and implement marketing campaigns within retail environments.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service or retail experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High School Diploma or GED required. Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
