Job Description

This role is limited to individuals currently or frequently residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Ogden, Utah. This role is hybrid, with Mondays and Thursdays as required in-office days. Core business hours are 10am to 3pm. The start date for this position will be between January and April 2026. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until an offer is extended, at which point the listing will close.

Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior IT Analyst to support team-wide adoption and product integration of AI-powered tools. This role is perfect for someone passionate about AI and software who loves helping others learn and adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities:

Support coworkers in adopting AI-powered tools and best practices. Collaborate with IT to develop and manage AI policies that balance safety and innovation. Develop and integrate AI features into our products to enhance functionality.
Qualifications:

Passion for AI and emerging technologies. Strong communication skills to train and guide team members. Experience in software development, with AI integration experience a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
