Job Description
:
Instruct/ coach and support student- athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success Lead, instruct/coach in a manner that embodies, creates, and enhances ethical and moral values, pride of accomplishment, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence and team work
Minimum Qualifications
: All of the following must be met on or before the first practice and throughout the entire season of the sport.Pupil Activity Permit (ODE CERTIFICATION) Successful completion of all ODE, OHSAA and District required trainings Passing of the required BCI/FBI Background Checks Follow all RCS Board Policies Complete a full season of the sport Maintain professional, ethical and suitable conduct Communicate effectively with students, parents, Athletic Director, administration and all stake holders
SALARY:
In accordance with the established salary schedule.
