We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to meet with potential customers to expand
Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact; meet with customers in assigned territories.
  • Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts.
  • Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of new and existing product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years or Bachelor's a PLUS.
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing PLUS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset.
