Job Description

We are seeking a motivated person to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent numerical skills with an analytical mindset, a good communicator, excellent organizational skills and must be able to work independently.

To deliver accurate, timely, and strategic project estimates that reflect the full scope of work for design-build construction projects, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with client expectations.

The Estimator serves as a vital bridge between the design, preconstruction, and project delivery teams, supporting informed decision-making and operational success.

Supporting Goal:

Develop accurate, well-documented estimates that reflect the design intent, project scope, and risk profile for all projects.

Skills / Abilities:



Highly organized with good time management skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Work on multiple company bids simultaneously and deliver in accordance with deadline objectives Analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and scopes of work. Operate and maintain proficiency in all internal estimating systems, technologies, and software. Positive, inquisitive, proactive, and collaborative attitude with the ability to work well with all Company employees, customers, vendors, suppliers, and the general public. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the Company core values. Build trust, communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus on the customer and solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Attend pre-bid meetings in client facilities if needed

Education / Knowledge:



2+ / 3+ years of hands-on experience in estimating commercial construction projects is required. Understanding construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices is required. Proven experience with pre-construction phase activities on a CM contract, including client and designer meetings is required. Experience with Plan Swift required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Project) is required. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu, or similar plan viewing applications is required.

Travel:



This position does not require daily travel, however, occasional local travel to the various jobsites may be required.
