We seek a Junior Carpet Cleaning Technician responsible for daily carpet cleaning tasks as assigned, with growing responsibilities as your skills develop. You'll be an integral part of our customer service oriented team, taking pride in your work and continuing to build on our A+ reputation in the Twin Cities by maintaining customer focus.

Junior Carpet Cleaner Compensation

Earn $17 per hour to start Paid ongoing training and IICRC certification Part of a loyal, excellence-focused team Paid holidays and PTO

Junior Carpet Cleaning Technician Qualifications

Customer-first attitude, excellent listening skills Willingness to learn and gain IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning and/or water/fire restoration Self-starter, reliable and dependable Motivated, flexible and ready with a positive attitude Excellent communication and good penmanship Current driver's license, clean driving record Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs. Candidates must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check

Junior Carpet Cleaning Technician Duties

Perform exceptional cleaning and restoration work Communicate with team members and business owner in a clear, organized manner Maintain equipment with care and attention to detail Manage product inventory, gaining an understanding of use and procedure Manage transactions and process payment for services Participate as a team member, maintaining company policies and procedures Other duties as specified No experience necessary, will train
