Job Summary:

Under the direction of the National Procurement Manager, the

Buyer

negotiates the best price to purchase dental equipment from customers around the United States, seeks new business, and builds relationships with prospective clients. Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating valuable used dental equipment purchases and consignments, as well as determining the need for additional moving assistance during meetings. The role requires building client relationships, introducing Atlas Resell Management's services, and following up with clients. Other important tasks involve estimating equipment values, coordinating moving schedules, managing agreements, and facilitating sales on behalf of consignors. Staying informed about market conditions and maintaining accurate client records in Customer Relationship software are also essential, along with any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should be professional, friendly and customer-oriented, eager to learn about the business, and willing to develop new skills. Experience and skills include:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least two years of experience in customer completion of college or some college coursework is a plus.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

Adaptability

Problem-solving skills

Intermediate computer skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Position begins at $18.00 per hour depending on experience with the opportunity for performance incentives
