Job Description


Meseret is looking for the next Junior Business Development Specialist, to join our Tampa based team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying customers on behalf of our company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to work in a rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend company outreach - Prospect sales leads by directly engaging with consumers in face-to-face meetings and setting up new customer accounts
  • Nurture business relationships \xe2\x80\x93 Stay in contact with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, provide educational opportunities, and manage referrals
  • Customer support \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain vast knowledge of products and services
  • Drive Revenue - Meet or exceed sales quotas to aid in organizational growth
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or higher (current students encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in a customer facing roles (1-2 years)
  • Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism in all settings
