The Opportunity





We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Digital and Robotic Process Automation (DPA/RPA) within a supportive and innovative environment.


What will you do?




Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation workflows. Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides. Ensure timely delivery of automation solutions in line with project deadlines. Continuously learn and apply best practices in RPA development and process optimization.

What We're Looking For





We are looking for a highly driven individual with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management or similar fields of studies Experience in RPA development or related low code development roles Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English Understanding of process mapping and business process analysis. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, PowerBI) and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus. Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or VBA) are a plus. Strong time management and organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs independently
