Junior Accountant Part Time
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Accountant - Part Time to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients .
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports including A/P Weekly for 15 clients
Prepare Sales: Payroll : Business & Personal Income Tax Returns : W-2's & 1099's
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency for Clients
Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment & multitask
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools - QUICKBOOKS
Detail and deadline-oriented as well as reliable & willingness to work weekends during busy season
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
(Preferred, not required) Previous experience in accounting or CPA office
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
