is a leading Fintech company operating in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We specialize in providing fast and reliable funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

We are currently seeking a

detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Underwriter

to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, can work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and has strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

Analyze credit reports, bank statements, and financial documents to assess creditworthiness. Evaluate risk factors and prepare recommendations for funding decisions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation in Salesforce and other platforms. Meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Previous experience analyzing credit reports and bank statements is required.

Familiarity with credit reporting platforms (e.g., Experian, Equifax, TransUnion).

Salesforce experience is highly preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
