Title: Junior Analyst/Scheduler in Supply Chain

SCHEDULE: Full-time - Day Shift - Monday - Thursday (4-10 hour shifts)

Responsibilities with Job Position:

• Work closely with Demand Planner and Production Scheduler to understand contract manufacturing demand and maintain flow through the purchasing & receiving process including:

• Placing PO\xe2\x80\x99s for the right product, at the right time, in the right amount.
• Working with the Supply Chain Team to reduce lead times and MOQ\xe2\x80\x99s where possible.
• Build and Maintain relationships with our vendors.
• Help maintain our master parts list, including inactivating obsolete parts and all the communication that entails between our Sales Team and the DC\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Help maintain our back-order list and communicate with our Sales Team about ETA\xe2\x80\x99s, Lead times, and delays. Work with the demand team to improve processes that will lead to fewer back orders.
• Participate in daily kaizens to improve processes and meet company goals.
• Flex between the following positions, and fill in as needed:

• Work as a Jr Scheduler under our Master Production Scheduler (Marilyn). Work to become proficient enough to cover her position when she is out of the office.
• Work part time in receiving and cross train on the forklift (preferred)
• Learn basic purchasing responsibilities for raws and packaging.
• Pull demand reports and work on special projects, as needed.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma required.
• Must pass a criminal background and drug test.
