The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for general electrical work, including running conduits, pulling wires, installing lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, and equipment connections, and troubleshooting electrical wiring. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Install branch circuits for heat pumps, bath fans, service outlets, and light circuits
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and explain all problems and options to the clients
- Perform calculations necessary for electrical work as well as calculations for necessary invoicing purposes
- Read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
- Perform electrical replacement and repairs to local, state, and NEC Codes
- Minimum of 4-5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Motivated, Organized, and Team-oriented
- Must have a current Arkansas Journeyman Electrical License
- Drivers License and reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to commute to job sites in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri area
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
