Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Jobsite Material Runner to support our production and field teams. This role focuses on moving materials, tools, and paperwork where they need to be, helping keep jobs organized, on schedule, and properly supplied. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable driving between jobsites, loading and unloading materials, and communicating with the office and field staff.

Duties

Transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment to and from jobsites, suppliers, and the warehouse. Pick up and deliver urgent materials to prevent job delays. Load and unload materials safely and securely, including organizing materials by job. Assist with basic inventory organization and restocking at the warehouse or yard. Verify orders match what is needed for the job and report shortages or damaged materials immediately. Help keep the warehouse, yard, and company vehicles clean and organized. Coordinate with the Production Manager, Field Production Representative, and suppliers on deliveries and pickups. Follow safety requirements during lifting, loading, and jobsite activity. Maintain delivery notes, receipts, and basic documentation for each pickup and drop-off. Perform other support tasks as assigned to help production run smoothly.

Experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, or delivery work preferred. Ability to lift and carry materials and work in outdoor conditions. Strong reliability and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple pickups and drop-offs. Basic communication skills and comfort using a phone for directions, photos, and updates. Safety-minded and able to follow jobsite rules and procedures. Professional attitude and dependable attendance.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
