Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

High-Reach Forklift Operator

to efficiently pull, stage, and put away merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and experience operating high-reach forklift equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate high-reach forklifts and other material-handling equipment to

pull orders

and

put away merchandise

in designated warehouse locations. Safely lift, move, stack, and organize pallets and product at various rack heights. Perform accurate inventory transactions using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). Ensure product is stored in the correct locations. Consolidate merchandise in racks as needed. Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with warehouse safety policies. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including pallet wrapping, staging, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating a

high-reach forklift

(Raymond, Crown, or similar). Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with varying temperatures depending on season and product type. Standing, walking, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.

Pay: $22.50 per hour
