Job Overview


Chandler Gilbert Arc is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Job Coach Supervisor (E.S. Coordinator) to lead and support employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of job coaches, coordinate employment programs, and ensure that clients receive personalized guidance to achieve meaningful employment outcomes. Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the agency and Arizona RSA Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) counselors.

Responsibilities



Program Leadership & Oversight:



Oversee

overall operations

of the Employment Services (E.S.) Program, ensuring compliance with

RSA, DDD, and HIPAA standards

. Serve as the

E.S. department representative

in meetings and collaboration with internal teams (e.g., day programs, transportation). Lead the

development of competitive, integrated employment opportunities

(GSE, ESA, ISE, and Vocational).

Client Services & Case Management:



Coordinate and deliver

individualized employment services

for persons with disabilities, aligning with their

Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP)

.

Facilitate PCSP team meetings

for non-CGArc residential participants, ensuring goals reflect contemporary practices. Manage

client intake, eligibility documentation

, and service planning according to RSA and DDD standards. Monitor client progress, provide

ongoing case management

, and follow-up to meet employment goals.

Employer Relations & Placement:



Develop and maintain

strong employer partnerships

to support competitive, integrated employment. Oversee

job development, job placement, and job coaching activities

. Conduct

onsite visits

for workers and enclaves in the community. Provide

backup support

for enclaves as necessary.

Staff Supervision & Development:



Supervise Vocational staff

(including hiring input) and promote a cooperative working relationship. Provide

frequent evaluation and feedback

to staff and department heads. Manage staff

performance reviews, disciplinary reports, and other personnel reporting

in a timely manner. Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and compliance with training/re-certification requirements.

Documentation, Billing & Reporting:



Ensure

service authorizations, billing, and documentation

comply with RSA contractual and audit requirements. Collect and report data on

employment outcomes, utilization, and performance benchmarks

. Maintain and periodically

audit confidential E.S. worker records

(PCSP, intake, medical, authorizations) for standards compliance and ensure all documents are electronically filed. Keep accurate records of

worker progress, payrolls, work orders, and inventory

.

General:



Communicate effectively with staff, workers, contractors, and the community. Transport workers and/or materials when necessary. Maintain professional attire and serve as an agency role model.

Minimum Qualifications



Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is preferred

Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance and criminal background check

Be able and willing to drive Agency vehicles - (Must possess a valid AZ Driver's License and have a clean driving record):

Preferred Qualifications



Prior experience working with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities employment services program (i.e. GSE, ISE, ESA) Prior experience working with the Arizona Department of Economic Security Vocational Rehabilitation Services (i.e. Job Development and Retention, Work Adjustment, Career Exploration) Understanding of and commitment to the Employment First initiative Familiarity with the structure and tools of Disability Benefits 101

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
