and help adults with developmental disabilities unlock their potential and succeed in community-based employment.

What You'll Do:

Prepare individuals for the workplace through

job readiness training

,

on-site coaching

, and

skill development

. Provide

hands-on support

at volunteer and employment sites, helping individuals build confidence and independence. Foster meaningful relationships with employers and community partners to create inclusive opportunities. Offer

transportation assistance

to and from work or volunteer locations as needed. Adapt to the needs of each individual--because flexibility and compassion go hand in hand.

Who You Are:

A

patient, encouraging, and resourceful

professional who believes in the power of inclusion. Experienced in human services, education, or employment support (or eager to learn!). Comfortable working in the community and supporting individuals in real-world job settings. A team player with a

valid driver's license

and a heart for service.
