Pay & Schedule

Shift Hours:

7:00 AM

Base Pay:

$12.50 per hour

Guaranteed Effective Pay:

We guarantee tips will bring your total hourly compensation to

$14.50 per hour

(reflecting a guaranteed minimum of $2.00/hour on tips). If tips fall below this rate, the company will cover the difference.

Raises & Growth:

Advancement and pay increases are encouraged and based on performance.
Key Responsibilities

Opening Procedures:

Execute all morning opening tasks promptly at 7:00 AM, including turning on equipment, preparing fresh bread, and setting up all workstations for the day.

Food Prep & Quality:

Prepare fresh ingredients (slicing meats/cheeses, cutting produce, etc.) while ensuring adherence to strict quality and food safety standards.

Customer Service:

Operate the register and deliver friendly, efficient customer service, setting a positive tone for the day.

Operational Support:

Assist with inventory, deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

Leadership Support:

Support and train new team members and assist in maintaining store organization.
Requirements

Age:

Must be

18+ years old

(required to legally operate slicer equipment).

Punctuality:

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated, especially for early morning shifts.

Physical Capability:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Availability:

Comfortable working early mornings and

weekends

is essential.

Attitude:

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
