Job Description
Team member job duties may consist of many things, anywhere from preparing food, cleanliness, processing orders for customers, and keeping the location operating smoothly. A willingness to work flexible hours and to operate efficiently in a fast-moving work environment is important to be successful in this role.
We provide on-the-job training, which may include food preparation, food safety practices, customer service, and cash handling. Advancement opportunities exist for competent workers to become shift lead (must be 19+ yrs old to become a shift leader - legal age for alcohol sales in Nebraska). Most workers in this field find that being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, "positive upbeat attitude" and a desire to work with the public are essential skills for this dynamic work environment
