Should be able to gather system and user requirements, build Java, Spring boot, AWS modules and test features before release
Interact and work collaboratively with various stakeholders like Agile Dev teams, Dev Ops teams, IT Management
Work in Agile teams to deliver stories and to develop product features
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Provide technical and domain thought-leadership, and mentoring to junior members of the team
Review and approve software design and developed code
Provide effective design/solutions for implementing product features
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Focuses on continual process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
About 6-8+ years of professional IT experience in developing software applications using Java technology
Bachelor's in engineering.
Possess sounds fundamentals in Java, Spring boot, AWS
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
Resource should have good communication skills, positive attitude and intent to learn things faster.
Good communication and customer facing skills
Knowledge of Agile development and Scrum process (desirable)
Working experience in Agile projects preferably SCRUM or Scaled Agile methodologies
Experience in waterfall and agile projects preferred
