We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Architect with strong expertise in Java architecture, multithreading, and high-performance system design. The ideal candidate must have an Engineering background with a relevant degree and the ability to work in a hybrid onsite model as needed.
Lead end-to-end architecture and design for complex Java-based applications.
Drive high-level technical decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Expert in Java, multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for large distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, architectural assessments, and technology evaluations.
Build reusable frameworks, libraries, and architectural components.
Ensure best practices in design patterns, microservices, and cloud integration.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues related to architecture and performance.
Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity.
Strong experience with Spring, RESTful services, and messaging systems.
Must be local and available for a hybrid work schedule as required.
