Japanese / English Bilingual Translator

Responsibilities of Japanese / English Bilingual Translator

Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and directing them, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, and etc. Assist the purchasing department and process purchasing orders to their vender Communicate with vender regarding price, terms, delivery and negotiate if necessary Translate emails/short documents from Japanese to English Assist Japanese expat if necessary Work on the production floor to ensure the production schedule is on time and the inventory is up to date Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Japanese / English Bilingual Translator

Fluency in Japanese and English Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Japanese or related field or equivalent experience or equivalent experience Both entry level and experienced level are welcome Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
