Responsibilities of Japanese / English Bilingual Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing IT-related projects for Japanese Financial Sectors in the U.S., acting as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. The role involves working closely with IT and non-IT departments, using Japanese and English to bridge communication between stakeholders.

Project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking Business requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination Bilingual communication with client teams in Japan and the U.S. Documentation (requirement specs, reports, etc.) Business analysis and solution proposals Other job duties are assigned as needed

Qualifications of Japanese / English Bilingual

Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, and/or related major Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis Fluent in English and Japanese skills (Speaking, Writing, Reading) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Leadership, Multi tasker, and Flexible & able to work under a multicultural environment Proficient in MS Office suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, lift in excess of 15 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
