An International Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company is actively seeking a

Japanese / English Translator / Interpreter

to join their facility near

Manchester, TN

.

Responsibilities of Japanese / English Translator / Interpreter

Perform general administrative tasks such as; answering phone calls and directing them, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, and etc.

Assist purchasing department and process purchasing orders to their venders

Communicate with venders regarding price, term, delivery and negotiate if necessary

Translate emails/short documents from Japanese to English

Assist Japanese expat if necessary

Work on the production floor to ensure the production schedule is on time and the inventory is up-to-date

Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Japanese / English Translator / Interpreter

Japanese language skill (Conversational level to Fluent level)

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Japanese or related field or equivalent experience or equivalent experience

Both entry level and experienced level are welcome

Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team

Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment

Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently

Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
