Japanese English Bilingual Controller

candidate.

The ideal candidate has work experience manufacturing companies with GAAP and tax regulation experience. This is a full time direct hire position.

Japanese English Bilingual Controller

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting department employees and responsible for monthly closing, annual report, billing, collections, budget preparation, analyzing etc. Oversee routine accounting responsibilities such as inventory management, tax auditing, assets accounting, maintain ledger charts, etc. Responsible to meet accounting financial objectives Responsible for preparing budget, forecasting, business activity report Responsible for cost accounting and cost benefit analysis Review all insurance renewals including health insurance, workers comp, and liability insurance and negotiate with insurance companies Work alongside business stakeholders to increase productivity and continue to maintain strong relationships with them. Other responsibilities might be assigned by upper management

Japanese English Bilingual Controller

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting related field is preferred Ability to communicate with Japanese and English Must have computer proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in cost accounting at manufacturing companies is a huge plus Experience with US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting. Experienced with manufacturing industry or automotive industry is a plus This position includes manufacturing and office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
