Part-Time Commercial Cleaner - Floor Care Experience Required (25 Hours/Week)

Urquhart Family LLC is seeking an experienced Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to maintain the School Street Complex, a commercial building in Gardner, MA.

Floor cleaning and floor care will be a primary responsibility

, so prior experience is required.

Schedule:

Approximately 25 hours per week Flexible schedule (to be discussed)

Primary Responsibilities:

Clean, maintain, and care for floors throughout the building

, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and machine floor cleaning Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed (experience required) Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean common areas, hallways, and entryways Empty trash and replace liners Report maintenance or safety issues to management

Qualifications:

Previous commercial cleaning experience required

Demonstrated experience with floor care and floor cleaning equipment

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour
This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner looking for steady, part-time hours in a commercial setting.
