We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across projects. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across all projects, including lounges, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Manage janitorial supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available in stock and properly stored. Lead routine maintenance duties. Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and address any deficiencies promptly. Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use. Collaborate with management to schedule cleaning routines around operational hours for minimal disruption. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining proper sanitation practices and documenting safety checks. Assist with porter responsibilities such as moving supplies or furniture as needed to support daily operations.

Skills

Experience or knowledge in cleaning work with a background in janitorial services, or facilities maintenance. Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and procedures for large-scale environments. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies management. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising cleaning tech or porters. Excellent organizational skills for managing supplies inventory and scheduling tasks efficiently. Attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
