Job Description
Great opportunity for a Janitor to work at the ConocoPhillips Towers Building with Denali Universal Services! With limited supervision from the Janitorial Supervisor, the employee will perform regular janitorial duties including office cleaning, trash removal, cleaning of bathrooms, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of janitorial experience
- Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical requirements
- Must meet criminal history and background requirements
- Experience with carpet cleaning
- Experience with floor stripping, buffing and waxing
