ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS






1.

System Configuration & Maintenance



Serve as the primary administrator for Janitorial Manager, including user provisioning, permissions, and role management. Configure and maintain locations, client accounts, inspection templates, work order types, schedules, and inventory catalogs. Manage integrations with payroll, accounting, and reporting tools via JM's Open API or vendor-supported connectors. Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with vendor support to troubleshoot technical issues.

Governance & Compliance




Develop and enforce policies for system usage, including data entry standards, access levels, and approval workflows. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry standards (e.g., audit trails for inspections and quality checks). Maintain version control and test new releases or updates before company-wide deployment.



3.

User Support & Training



Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support for managers and employees using JM and JM Connect mobile app. Design and deliver training sessions and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and executives. Create a network of "super users" or champions across regions/sites to help with local adoption.



4.

Monitoring & Reporting




Track system usage, adoption metrics, and performance KPIs (e.g., inspection pass rates, schedule adherence, overtime). Build and distribute dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels. Conduct quarterly reviews of system performance and recommend improvements.



5.

Continuous Improvement




Partner with operations and quality teams to refine checklists, inspections, and workflows. Collect feedback from users and leadership; maintain a backlog of feature requests and improvement ideas. Work with vendor support to resolve bugs and suggest product enhancements.



6.

Other duties as assigned



From time to time there will be a need to support team mates on the project with various duties including but not limited to data analysis, document preparation, presentation preparations or other duties as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS




3 years experience as a system administrator or similar role with a SaaS / cloud-based business platform with janitorial services being required. Strong skills in user management, data configuration, and workflow administration. Familiarity with mobile workforce apps, reporting tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel), and APIs. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to train diverse user groups.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS




Background in janitorial, facilities management, or field services industry. Associate or bachelor's degree in computer sciences preferred Knowledge of timekeeping/payroll integrations or accounting systems. Experience with change management, user adoption strategies, or quality management systems.
