Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our evening shift janitorial team. As as a team member, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our customer facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Our full-time hours are from

4:00pm to 12-12:30am

, Monday-Friday. Occasional Sunday Hours 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

You will be working directly with other team members to ensure our customers needs are being met. The Clean Team is looking for reliability, punctuality and longevity with every employee on our team!

You must have two (2) forms of original identification to apply AND have a VALID Drivers License. We cannot accept copies of these documents.

Hourly pay starts at $15.00 per hour depending on experience and goes up from there, which is 100% based on Employee performance! We also offer mileage reimbursement, dental and vision coverages, paid time off, as well as an array of benefits for "years of service" recognition.

We supply all cleaning products, supplies and equipment necessary to perform the job. We also provide company vehicles for the Employees to drive in order to get to and from customer locations.

We are a drug free workplace and do perform routine drug screenings. Every Employee is required to have a background check and to sign our drug/alcohol policy, privacy policy and theft policy.
