Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a 3rd shift outdoor position Monday - Thursday cleaning in our Ramp and surface lots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for employees and visitors. This role helps with snow removal and ice control during the winter months. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward cleaning and maintenance tasks. Must have current driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including restrooms, stairs, windows and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and recycling procedures. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and Gates. Respond to emergency cleaning requests and assist with special projects as needed. Follow safety procedures and regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.

Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling practices. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Working Conditions:


The role will require working outdoors and 2nd shift. Shift may vary during winter months. Includes exposure to cleaning chemicals, the outdoors and potential physical exertion.

Benefits:


Hourly rate: $16.00 per hour Health insurance and other benefits (if applicable). Paid time off and holiday pay.
