We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are safe, hygienic, and welcoming. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Cleaning and stock restrooms. Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs Collect and dispose of trash Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents , etc)

Requirements

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning standards is a plus. Experience in floor care techniques including buffing is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical demands of the job effectively.
