Janitorial Floater

Full-Time 2nd Shift Floater/Janitorial

Indianapolis Area

Pay Rate:

$20/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:30PM-1:00AM (8-hour shifts)

(Some schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs)

ESS Clean is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated, and positive individual to join our team as a Full-Time 2nd Shift Floater/Janitorial Crew.

This position plays a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for both staff and visitors across multiple facilities in the Indianapolis Area. You'll be part of a strong, expanding team, and we provide everything you need to succeed -- including training, supplies, and a company vehicle for use during your shift.

What You'll Do

Fill in for absent staff or open jobs, performing general cleaning tasks such as: + Dusting, wiping down, and disinfecting surfaces + Cleaning restrooms
+ Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
+ Emptying trash and recycling

Equipment You'll Use

Mop buckets and mops Upright and backpack vacuums Low and high-speed floor machines (buffers)

What We're Looking For

Able to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must pass criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, MVR, and a pre-employment physical
