Leelah Bee's Cleaning Service is hiring reliable, detail-oriented

Janitorial Cleaners

to support our commercial accounts. We run tight operations: show up on time, follow the checklist, and leave every space guest/client-ready--every shift.

Pay

$23/hour Background check required

Schedules Available (In-Person)

Monday-Friday

Shift A:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift B:

5:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Saturday-Sunday

Shift C:

12:00 PM - 7:30 PM

What You'll Do

Depending on the site, duties may include:

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas (handles, switches, counters, etc.) Restrooms: clean, disinfect, and restock supplies Floors: vacuum, dust mop, damp mop; detail edges/corners Glass and mirrors: remove fingerprints/smudges and keep entry glass presentable Breakroom/kitchen touch-ups (as assigned) Follow site rules for safety, privacy, and professionalism (some environments require HIPAA-aware conduct--no PHI exposure)

Accountability & Reporting (Non-Negotiable)

We run a quality assurance system for consistency and client trust. For janitorial shifts, you must be able to:

Use our app for scheduling and shift expectations Wear a

body-worn camera

as required during janitorial shifts (walkthroughs, cleaning, closing procedures) Complete clock-in/out proof steps (uniform photo + docking/charging photo at end of shift)

What We're Looking For

Must

pass a background check

Strong attendance and punctuality (we don't do no-shows) Can follow a checklist, work efficiently, and take pride in details Comfortable working independently and/or with a small team Able to be on your feet, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
