Job Overview: FAR GROUP is looking provide housekeeping services for VA Fort Meade,SD Job Details: \xc2\xb7 Job Title: Janitor/ housekeeper \xc2\xb7 Location: VA Fort Mead, 113 Comanche Rd, FORT MEADE, SD 57741 \xc2\xb7 Schedule: Full time, 0600Am -1430Pm or1400Pm -2230Pm or 2200Pm \xe2\x80\x93 0630Am Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc. \xc2\xb7 Clean Ceilings; free of dust and spots; paint intact; vents clean and free of dust and lint; light bulbs operable; all ceiling tiles in place. \xc2\xb7 Clean floors, free of dust, lint, and stains; no floor finish build-up or accumulation of soil in corners; free of heel and scuff marks; free of discolored floor finish; high luster.

• Housekeeping Closets \xe2\x80\x93 Orderly; sink clean; floors and walls clean; equipment clean; door locked; no boxes on floors; no storage within 18\xe2\x80\x9d of ceiling; no personal items.

\xc2\xb7 Equipment \xe2\x80\x93 Clean, polished, stored properly. Filters, brushes, batteries checked and serviced properly, cords and hardware tight and intact.

• Drinking Fountains \xe2\x80\x93 Stainless steel free of spots and streaks.
• Washing windows, \xe2\x80\x93 Clear and clean, not in need of immediate washing; frame clean; glazing intact, clean; paint in good condition.
