Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or plumbing issues Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a hazard-free environment

Qualifications

Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial supplies Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling repeatedly Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $509.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
