Position Overview

Xplicit Technologies, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Janitorial Technician

to support janitorial services at the

Glacier Public Service Center

in Deming, Washington. This position is

contingent upon contract award

with the U.S. Forest Service.

This role focuses primarily on

public restroom cleaning and outdoor plaza maintenance

at a high-visibility, public-use facility.

Work Schedule & Hours

This position has

seasonal scheduling

, based on visitor volume:

Off-Season (Approximately 7 Months Per Year)

Frequency:

2 days per week

Estimated Hours:

~4 hours per week

Typical Schedule:

Flexible, coordinated with site access

Peak Season (Approximately 5 Months Per Year - May through September)

Frequency:

5 days per week

Estimated Hours:

~10 hours per week

Typical Schedule:

Consistent weekday schedule, coordinated with site access
Exact schedule will be coordinated with the site and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Scope of Work

This position includes, but is not limited to:

Cleaning and disinfecting

public restrooms

, including: Toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, partitions, doors, and walls Sweeping, wet mopping, scrubbing, and drying floors Servicing

outdoor plaza trash and recycling receptacles

Maintaining cleanliness of exterior public-use areas immediately adjacent to the restrooms Notifying management when government-furnished supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) are running low Performing work in accordance with federal cleanliness and sanitation standards
Note: This position is focused on restrooms and public plaza areas -- it is not an office-cleaning role.

Pay & Employment Details

Hourly Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type:

Direct hire (W-2)

Payment:

Regular payroll schedule

Contingent Upon:

Contract award to Xplicit Technologies, LLC

Qualifications

Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (public, commercial, or government facilities a plus) Ability to work independently and follow cleaning checklists Reliable transportation to the work site Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
