Requirements

Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly.
